Microsoft/VistA Name Confusion? Trademark Infringement?

First seen on Slashdot Microsoft has choosen a name for it next iteration of the Windows OS: Windows Vista. Article here. Is this a case similar to the Lindows issues, will this create 'brand confusion' for VistA (the Veterans Administration suite of EMR that is in the public domain)?
